This process supports healthier coping, emotional resilience, and more ease in daily life.
With over ten years of experience across private practice, nonprofits, and school settings, I have supported individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, motherhood stressors, young adult transitions, self-harm, and disordered eating.
